Wildflowers return on Napier Miles Road

We’d rather assumed that the wildflower seed we’d sown along Napier Miles Road had been suffocated by the blue-flowered Green Alkanet that had taken immediate advantage of the freshly-tilled soil. However, plenty of perennials have persevered and have started putting on a show this year. We’re really pleased with this and we’ll endeavour to keep it maintained, hoping that eventually the Green Alkanet will become less dominant.
